Inception Report Sample (Mixteca Project Evaluation)

This document presents the inception report for the Terminal Evaluation (TE) of the UNEP/GEF project "Integrating trade-offs between supply of ecosystem services and land use options into poverty alleviation efforts and development planning in Mixteca" (hereafter called "Mixteca project") containing a thorough review of the project context, project design quality, a draft reconstructed Theory of Change of the project, the evaluation framework and a tentative evaluation schedule.
