dc.descriptionThe purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding is to provide a framework of cooperation and facilitate collaboration between the Parties, on a non-exclusive basis, in areas of common concern and interest. This Memorandum of Understanding shall not represent any commitment on the part of either Party to give preferred treatment to the other in any matter contemplated under this Memorandum of Understanding or otherwise. The definition and implementation of any subsequent specific activities, projects and programmes pursuant to this Memorandum of Understanding, including those involving the transfer of funds between the Parties, shall be subject to separate agreements that may be entered into between the Parties under this Memorandum of Understanding.en_US
