This is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP project implemented between 2007 and 2012.The broad development objective of the project identified in the project documents is, to increase the environmental efficiency of key export products and related industrial processes in the target countries, supporting their industry and government's active contribution to the 10-Year Framework of Programmes on Sustainable Consumption and Production (Marrakech process). The evaluation set out to provide evidence of results to meet accountability requirements; and to promote learning, feedback and knowledge sharing among UNEP, the GEF and their partners by identifying lessons of operational relevance for future project formulation and implementation.
