dc.description1-Propanol is a colourless, highly flammable liquid that is volatile at room temperature and normal atmospheric pressure. It is miscible with water and organic solvents. Analytical methods for propanol include gas chromatography, which can detect 5 x 10-5 mg/m3 in air, 1 x 10-4 mg/litre in water, and 0.002 mg/litre in blood, serum, or urine, when suitable extraction or concentration procedures are used with the sample.en_US
