dc.descriptionThe UN Environment-GEF project “Lighting Market Transformation in Peru” was approved for four years and executed over a 65-month period (2013-2018) by the Ministry of Energy and Mines (MINAM). UN Environment provided technical supervision and oversight as the designated GEF international implementing agency, and the UNDP Country Office was contracted to provide financial management and administrative support services. This Full-Size GEF Project was funded with a US$ 1.636 million grant by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and US$ US$ 12,926,530 in co-financing – mostly in-kind - from the Government of Peru.en_US
