| dc.description | This report is based on evaluations conducted in the 2012–2013 biennium and utilizes information drawn from; the Mid-term Evaluation of the Medium Term Strategy 2010–2013, two sub-programme evaluations one country programme review (Sudan), a review of the Rotterdam, Stockholm and Basel Convention's ‘synergies decision', a review of the Mediterranean Action Plan, and a gender review.
