The short intensive exchange between Durban and the three Mozambican ci es of Pemba, Nacala and Quelimane explored a range of issues and solu ons from engineering to regula on to ecosystem-based adapta on involving the community. The exchange demonstrates the opportunity for neighboring countries to share knowledge and African countries to lead on prac cal climate change adapta on solu ons.
