| dc.description | This report provides information on an overall environment in which the Fourth Programme for the Development and Periodic Review of Environmental Law (Montevideo Programme IV) is implemented, including recent developments concerning the implementation of Governing Council decision 27/9 on advancing justice, governance and law for environmental sustainability. It presents a proposed one-year, system-wide process to undertake an in-depth midterm review of the Montevideo Programme IV pursuant to Governing Council decision 25/11(I).
