DECISION OF THE MEETING - Sixteenth Ordinary Meeting of the Contracting Parties to the Convention for the Protection of the Marine Environment and the Coastal Region of the Mediterranean and its Protocols; Rules of Procedure for the Compliance Committee and its work during 2010-2011 biennium

Adopt the Rules of Procedure of the Compliance Committee; Urge the Contracting Parties to submit their implementation reports; Invite them to fully support the 2010-2011 working plan and to raise any interpretation problem; Request the Compliance Committee to consider matters of compliance and submit a report on its activities to the COP17.
